If you are considering a coffee or tea service change for you company, you probably have one or more of the following concerns…

Am I getting the best value from my current vendor?

Price is always a consideration and you want to know that you aren’t overpaying. One problem is, many vendors sell their coffee in “easy-to-use” packages which increases waste and also makes it hard for you to know what your cost per pound is. Another issue is that many vendors use the promise of organic or fair-trade coffee as a way to charge a higher margin, as opposed to applying a standard markup across the board. Finally, name brand vendors might seem like they could offer better value because of their economies of scale but often you are paying extra for the brand name and not getting better coffee.

The best way to find out if your current service is offering good value is to compare it to another vendor. Give us a call or fill out our online form and we would be happy to provide a competitive bid. You may be surprised by the quality of coffee and tea you can get from a local vendor at extremely competitive prices.

How can I reduce the number of customer complaints about our coffee?

No matter how good of a job you do, there will always be complainers. However, it is possible to significantly reduce the number of complaints you get. To do so, you have to figure out the weak spot in your coffee service. It could be the freshness of the coffee or the quality of the roast. If you are buying from a vendor that is shipping you coffee from hundreds or thousands of miles away, it’s likely those beans have been sitting on shelves or in hot trucks for longer than they should.

Or, the problem could be your water. Your filter may be old or unable to filter the amount of water you are running through it. Or it’s just the wrong type. Equipment is frequently an issue as well. Hidden buildup from water deposits, grinds and even mold or mildew can change the taste of coffee a little or a lot. Whatever the reason, we are happy to provide a free, thorough analysis of your coffee or tea service and let you know how it can be improved.

Is there a better way to maintain my equipment?

Equipment problems are the bane of a coffee service. To keep your equipment running smoothly, you need an experienced local company that can respond quickly to make repairs. More importantly, your provider needs to maintain the equipment proactively so as to avoid breakdowns in the first place. If you think your equipment has problems more often than it should, you are probably right. We would be happy to do a free inspection and let you know what we find.
